Who is me cozee? Our story:

me cozee (cozy) established in 2024, although has been a dream for years, is an online shop full of neutral comfy home decor, clothing, accessories and more. Our love for making our own home cozee all year long inspired us to begin this online shop. Our hope is to inspire you in some way whether that be through home decorating, a comfy pair of leggings, a pair of slippers or just a smile when browsing our shop. We hope you grab a cup of coffee and stay for a while. 

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for U.S. orders! We ship out all of our packages through USPS. You can expect to receive your package within 5 - 7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. 

What is your return policy? 

me cozee will accept returns within 14 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn, unwashed with tags still on or will be subject to denial.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes at checkout.

We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, GPay and many others. Once you are in the order checkout process, and you go through the shipping information pages, you'll see all of the payment forms we accept on the payment page.
